Music Week can reveal that London venue Troxy will sponsor the Live Music Promoter category at this year’s Music Week Awards, in association with Amazon Music.
The 2017 Music Week Awards are just weeks away, taking place on Wednesday, April 5 at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel. On what is the most important music industry awards ceremony on the music industry calendar, the great and good from across the biz will be out in force to celebrate the very best companies and individuals.
“As one of the most prominent dates in the music industry calendar, we’re proud to be once again supporting the Live Music Promoter category at this year’s Music Week Awards,” said Tom Sutton-Roberts, general manager, Troxy. “It’s great to celebrate the companies who play such a vital role in our industry, and who we work with all year round to keep our venue full of great artists, so fans get the chance to see their favourite acts live. Promoters are integral to our business and it’s great to be helping to recognise their excellence within the UK music industry.”
A number of brand new categories were introduced this year, resulting in a record number of nominations.
