Stormzy and Dua Lipa look set to be the big winners from the BRIT Awards as Warner Music executives told Music Week of an anticipated “significant” sales impact.
Although there was only a single day of chart sales to register the BRITs effect, Dua Lipa’s self-titled debut was up week-on-week almost 50% (9,518 OCC sales) to hit a new peak of No.3. The album has sales to date of 185,030.
