Scottish composer and original Nightcrawlers band member Ross Campbell has announced a new publishing deal with CTM.
The publisher, headed up by Imagem founder André de Raaff, is targeting sync success for Campbell’s catalogue, particularly for Push The Feeling On, Nightcrawlers’ biggest hit to date.
With a No.3 peak and sales of 473,231 according to the Official Charts Company, Push The Feeling On represents a significant opportunity for CTM, which has acquired Campbell’s entire catalogue.
André de Raaff, CEO of CTM, said: Push The Feeling On is under-exploited sync-wise, which is why CTM will especially focus on that area and is convinced that successful results will be realised.”
The song hit the Top 10 in territories across the world, peaking at No.7 in France and No.6 in Germany.
In 2009, Pitbull released a version of the track titled Hotel Room Service. It reached No.9 in the UK and has 396,508 sales to date. New versions of the song are in the works and are due for release later this year.
