BMG has signed a worldwide long-term publishing agreement with Robin Schulz, with his songwriting and production crew Junkx, made up of Stefan Dabruck, Dennis Bierbrodt, Guido Kramer and Jürgen Dohr, also signed to BMG’s publishing arm.
BMG will represent and manage the publishing rights of existing and future works by Schulz and the Junkx crew, including chart toppers Headlights and Show Me Love.
Maik Pallasch, managing director of BMG GSA, said: "Robin Schulz is one of the most successful DJs and ‘Junkx’ are one of the strongest writing and production teams of our time. We are very pleased to provide international support for their future creative work and in all administrative areas."
Schulz added: "Thanks to the strength and competence of BMG, I am able to extend our publishing business together with Junkx, here in Germany and around the world. We couldn’t be happier about that."
Junkx also said in a statement: "BMG understands us and how we work in a way no other publisher has. Within the first few weeks of working together, BMG has already proved how well we can benefit from their international network. In the 20 years of working in the music industry, we have not experienced such professionalism. We are delighted to be working with the entire BMG team.”
