Imagem Music UK has signed multi-year, worldwide publishing deal with London born Rapper, Ché Lingo.
Ché Lingo started 2017 on MOBO’s Names To Watch, and since then he has enjoyed support from a wide spectrum of media including SBTV, in addition to BBC Radio 1's Twin B, Sian Anderson and Phil Taggart.
Earlier this year he appeared on the Berlin YouTube platform Colors, and has gained fans in Julie Adenuga and Wiley.
Ed Poston, senior A&R at Imagem Music UK commented: “From first hearing Ché we knew he was something special. He’s an extraordinary artist and songwriter; his lyrics are powerful and thought provoking, when partnered with his incredible delivery it’s clear he is going to be unstoppable. The support across the board keeps on growing, and we’re thrilled to have him join the Imagem family.”
Gonzalo Mahou of Manta Ray Management added: “Ché has a saying that's defined his career: The Risk is Proof. Joining the Imagem roster is both a validation for the many risks that Ché’s taken to get this far, and a promise that together this team will accomplish incredible things. Theo Ilori, Ché’s longtime manager and I could not feel more confident and proud today.”
Ché Lingo will release his second EP Anime & Chill in Autumn 2017.
