Eve Fairley-Chickwe has joined AWAL as a senior A&R, Music Week can exclusively reveal.
Fairley-Chickwe makes the move from Kobalt Publishing, where she has worked in A&R since joining in 2013. Her signings include Jack Garratt, Koffee, Mahalia, Chronixx, SerpentWithFeet and Jade Bird.
Working closely with Kobalt’s LA team, she also helped sign Frank Ocean collaborator Vegyn. At AWAL, Fairley-Chickwe is working with new signings including Tamera, Hak Baker and InfamousIzak, as well as Little Simz.

Fairley-Chickwe has been part of UK Music's Futures Board and is currently mentoring with Cre8ting Vision.
