Carianne Marshall has been unveiled as COO at Warner/Chappell Music, chairman and CEO Jon Platt has announced today (April 10).
Marshall arrives from a position as partner, head of creative services, and head of creative licensing at Songs Music Publishing, where she worked since 2006 with songwriters including Lorde, The Weeknd and Diplo.
The new role comes into effect in June and Marshall will report to Platt and will be based at Warner/Chappell’s Los Angeles headquarters.

Marshall previously spent three years as director of motion picture and television music for Universal Music Publishing Group. Her career to date has also included stints in the film/television music division of DreamWorks Music Publishing, VOX Productions and Elektra Entertainment Group.
