Big Deal Music Group has announced that it has appointed four of its employees to creative director positions.
Taking on the new roles will be Ashley Alexander, Laila Bengharsa, Amber Packer and Mary Margaret Rogers, who have all been working with the publisher for at least two years as executives.
Kenny MacPherson, founder and president of Big Deal Music, said: “We pride ourselves in growing our executive talent from within, and each of these young executives has show remarkable ability to work alongside our songwriters to create new opportunities for them within our business.
“I am looking forward to each of them making even more valuable contributions to our success in their important new positions.”
Big Deal Music’s roster of artists includes Beach House, Pussy Riot and St Vincent. The company has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville and London.
