Paul Rourke has been tapped as the new chief financial officer of US performing rights organisation ASCAP (American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers), effective February 8, 2016. He replaces Bob Candela who retired recently.  Rourke, who will also carry the title of executive vice president, will be part of ASCAP’'s executive management team.
