French entertainment group Vivendi's grip on video platform Dailymotion was strengthened with the appointment by the Board of Directors of Maxime Saada as Chairman of the video content aggregation and distribution platform. Saada was until now Deputy Chairman and will continue his duties as CEO of pay-TV company Canal+ Group.
