P2Ps see traffic rise after LimeWire closure

TorrentFreak reports on what it terms as "LimeWire refugees", moving en masse to other P2P clients which saw their traffic shoot up after Thursday's court victory for the RIAA.

While being unable to provide precise percentage increases in traffic, TorrentFreak claims it spoke to the main P2P alternatives to LimeWire and "without exception they all report a huge boost in download numbers following Tuesday's verdict".
