GEMA has appointed Dr Jörn Radloff as head of rightsholder management at ICE Services Ltd. – a division of the joint venture ICE founded by the three collection societies GEMA (Germany), PRS (UK) and STIM (Sweden).
Radloff’s main responsibilities will be to further develop ICE’s rights and repertoire management system and strategically build up its database of international repertoires.
