Richard James Burgess, chief executive officer of US indie labels’ body A2IM (American Association of Independent Music), has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Washington, DC-based neighbouring rights society SoundExchange. He fills the position previously occupied by A2IM interim president Molly Neuman.
