After a six-month executive search, Richard James Burgess has been appointed as the new CEO of New York-based US indie labels organisation A2IM. He replaces Richard Bengloff who stepped down in the summer of 2015. Molly Neuman, who had been serving as interim president since Bengloff left, announced at the end of 2015 that she was joining crowd-funding platform Kickstarter as head of music.
