Total Country is launching on Sky next month as the genre’s popularity continues to rise in the UK
Total Country, which airs on Sky 373 from November 1, will showcase popular new country music as well as archive video.
Exclusive programmes recorded for the channel’s first month include shows featuring The Shires, Angaleena Presley, Danielle Bradbery, Una Healy, Aaron Watson and Ward Thomas.
There were also be regular appearances from UK country presenters Baylen Leonard (pictured) and Chris Stevens.
Nearly five million UK adults listen to country music on a regular basis, according to the network. Country To Country returns to The O2 next March with Keith Urban, Chris Stapleton and Lady Antebellum.
