There are just hours to go to submit entries for the 2017 edition of Music Week's Women In Music awards. Entries should be submitted via the Awards website by midnight tonight.
The ceremony takes place on November 10 at The Brewery in London. Women In Music sees UK Music, AIM, WIN and Music Week working together to celebrate the most important and influential women from all sectors of the music industry.
In 2016, 12 new names were added to the Roll Of Honour, which now comprises 50+ amazing women from the business. The full list can be viewed here.
The event recognises the achievements of great careers and brilliant executives, and 2017 will see more awards bestowed on deserving women, as well as 12 more additions to the Roll Of Honour.
The categories being contested this year include three new ones – Music Champion, International Woman Of The Year and The Company Award: Diversity In The Workplace. The others are: Businesswoman Of The Year, Outstanding Contribution, Inspirational Artist, Campaigner, Rising Star, New Artist Award And Roll Of Honour.
Supporters of this year’s event include Tape, Vevo, PRS For Music, the PRS Foundation, shesaid.so and Urban Development.
