Music Week is delighted to reveal Alice Levine as the host of the Women In Music Awards 2019.
This year’s show is fast approaching, and will celebrate the work of female music executives and artists on Friday, November 8 at The Brewery in London.
It will mark Levine’s fifth time leading proceedings, as the radio presenter, podcaster and TV show host returns to take charge of the event.
Last year, Levine told Music Week: “Everyone in the room is really happy to be there. I’m sure there are lots of things that industry people get invited to that are a bit of a drag or it’s just another thing in their diary, whereas this feels like a real celebration. Everyone is really up for it and it’s just a lot of goodwill in the room.”
Absolute Label Services, PRS For Music, PRS Foundation and Shesaid.so are among the partners for the event, which is held in association with AIM and UK Music.
