Wembley Stadium is confident of matching its record year for concert tours after Beyoncé confirmed her Formation World Tour is to visit the 80,000-capacity venue.

The singer announced her first UK stadium tour in the wake of her Super Bowl halftime show triumph, starting at Sunderland Stadium Of Light on June 28. Concerts at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium and Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester sandwich the London date on July 2, prior to a night at Glasgow’s Hampden Park.
