Spotify is integrating with ticketing sites AXS and Eventbrite, in addition to its existing partnerships with Songkick and Ticketmaster.
Spotify users will now have access to concert and festival listings from both AEG-owned AXS and self-service ticketing platform Eventbrite, with direct ticket feeds from both services embedded within the streaming site.
The announcement expands Spotify's ticketing offering to hundreds of venues around the world including Red Rocks Amphitheatre in the US, The O2 in London and the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm from AXS; as well as Great American Music Hall, Mohawk in Austin and the Newport Jazz Festival from Eventbrite.
An Eventbrite blog post stated: "By leveraging Spotify’s music and concert discovery algorithm, the partnership will help music event producers connect with the fans most likely to attend their shows.
"Spotify will now recommend Eventbrite events to listeners based on their music preferences and alongside their favourite artists and albums, in addition to emailing an artist’s followers when new tour dates are posted. These highly personalised recommendations will also help listeners discover new music they love and relevant concerts on Spotify’s Concerts tab."
Spotify struck a partnership with Ticketmaster last year for the streaming giant to feature Ticketmaster gig listings on its artist pages. It also partners with Songkick for concerts not being sold via Ticketmaster.
