Songkick’s Matt Jones has become the firm’s sole CEO, with co-founder Ian Hogarth moving to a chairman role.

Jones and Hogarth took on co-CEO roles at the concert discovery and ticketing company after it merged with CrowdSurge last year to create the world’s largest artist-to-fan ticketing platform.
