International Music Summit (IMS) has revealed a further 20 speakers - 10 men and 10 women - for its 10th edition from May 24-26.
The summit presents a programme of talks, technology masterclasses, networking opportunities and cutting-edge events, and has confirmed 10 keynotes to mark the milestone.
The newly announced list of contributors includes Alexandra Cardenas (composer/live coder, Columbia); Alice Favre (head of operations, LWE, UK); Andreea Magdalina (founder/co-founder Shesaid.so/IAMJT, founder, USA); B.Traits (broadcaster/artist, BBC Radio 1, Canada); Lindi Delight (founder, De Light Management, Germany); Louisaahhh (artist, USA); Miss Kittin (artist, France); Monki (radio presenter/DJ, BBC Radio 1, UK);
Rachel Turner (business psychologist & performance coach, Achieve Unlimited, UK) and Sulinna Ong (VP/artist marketing, Deezer, UK).
They will be joined by Andreas Allen (head of artist relations, Native Instruments, USA); David Emery (VP/global marketing strategy, Kobalt Records, UK); Eddie Dean (CEO, RPM Presents, USA); Eelko Van Kooten (founder & owner, Spinnin’ Records, Netherlands); Hot Since 82 (artist, UK); Jason Ellis (A&R director, Positiva/Virgin Records, UK); Jonny White aka Art Department (artist, Canada); Seth Troxler (artist, USA); Steffen Charles (CEO, Cosmopop GmBH, Germany) and Wade Cawood (CEO, Pulse Global, USA).
Previously announced speakers include Patrick Walker, director of media partnerships at Facebook, and Austin Kramer, Spotify’s global head of dance/electronic, who will both offer keynotes and Best Practice sessions on using their platforms. They will be joined by Resident Advisor’s founders Nick Sabine and Paul Clement, and Media Records owner and dance music ambassador, Gianfranco Bortolotti.
Artist speakers will include New Order's Bernard Sumner, Dixon, Masters At Work; ‘Little Louie’ Vega and Kenny ‘Dope’ Gonzalez, The Black Madonna, The Martinez Brothers and Elrow’s The Arnau Family.
