The Fourth Circuit Court has rejected a long-running antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation.
In 2009, It’s My Party Inc, which runs the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Maryland, US, accused Live Nation of engaging in monopolistic policies.
The case was dismissed by a District Judge and has now been upheld by the appeals court.
