Kanye West used music discovery and ticketing app Dice for his Project Wyoming events this week.
Working in partnership with Miami collective 1AM, the rapper brought the listening parties for his new album Ye to Brooklyn, Miami and Chicago. Tickets to all three events were snapped up within seconds, with tens of thousands of fans who missed out joining a Waiting List.
Getting tickets through Dice means that no tickets can be put on to the secondary ticketing market. Its team worked to remove tickets from the accounts of touts, who attempted to resell them, and place them in the hands of real fans.
Dice, which moved into the US market last year, recently announced a trio of new hires as part of its global expansion plans.
West's eighth studio album, Ye is set to debut in the Top 3 of the UK's Official Albums Chart later today.
