Fabric reopens tonight (January 6) for the first leg of its Friends & Family Reopening Weekend.
The evening will feature unannounced guests, with tickets priced £23-25. Saturday night will feature the likes of Craig Richards, Terry Francis, Seth Troxler, Stephane Ghenacia, while confirmed for Sunday's line-up are Jacob Husley, Peter Pixzel and Sebastian Mullaert.
In November, the club won its bid to win back its licence and reopen, subject to strict conditions, after Islington Council revoked it back in September following the drug-related deaths of two teenagers at the venue. It has been closed since August 11.
Earlier this week, an inquest was held at Poplar Coroner's Court into the death of 18-year-old Jack Crossley, who died after taking MDMA at the Farringdon nightspot on August 6 last year. Coroner Mary Hassell recorded that his death was caused by MDMA toxicity.
"All of us at Fabric’s thoughts are with the family of Jack Crossley at this extremely hard time," the club said in a statement following the inquest.
"As we look to our reopening this weekend we are implementing a number of measures to protect the safety of our customers and reinforce our zero tolerance policy to drugs. We ask all of our customers to respect these measures and not to attempt to bring any illegal drugs into the venue.
"All of our team have undergone drugs safety and awareness training in collaboration with The Loop and we will have a newly appointed Welfare Officer who will be at the club at all times we are open. Their sole job is to attend to our customer’s well being so if anyone needs it, they are given medical assistance by our onsite team of medics at the earliest juncture.
"Remember there are no safe way to take drugs. If you feel unwell at any point, then let any of our staff know. Look after yourselves and each other."
