New RCA managing director Stacey Tang has spoken exclusively to Music Week about her vision for the company after her move from fellow Sony label Columbia, where she was co-MD.
Tang is the latest arrival in RCA president David Dollimore’s reshuffle, which has also seen a new imprint launched (Since ’93), promotions for Sarah Hall and James Bass and the creation of a string of new roles, including Parris O’Loughlin-Hoste’s appointment as senior urban artist manager.
