Record labels have once again expressed their frustration that YouTube does not pay them enough for use of their music.

The RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) is the trade group representing the music industry in America, and it attacked Google’s video service last month, arguing that YouTube does not pay a fair price for the music it gives users for free. The IFPI - the RIAA’s international equivalent - released a report repeating the allegation.
