The French music industry has agreed to a new code of conduct, based on WIN's Fair Digital Deals Declaration, which was launched in July 2014.
The voluntary agreement brings together organisations representing French record companies, unions, recording artists, performers, online music services and others. They will work together to help foster a sustainable music industry, encourage diversity and innovation, clarity on revenue distribution and a fair value for music recordings.
