We are currently hiring for a Sync & Marketing Executive, based in our London office.

Job Summary:

  • The Sync & Marketing Executive’s role will be responsible for a number of key accounts and will effectively develop and maintain relationships as well as generate new business leads. This will involve keeping to a regular client visitation cycle including phone calls, meetings and attending client events to help grow our UK business, as well as providing music supervision for the Extreme Music client base. 
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Increasing revenue from existing client-base as well as researching potential new music user
  • Account management; build and maintain existing and new client relationships by frequent telephone calls , emails and in person visits , including demonstrating our website and music hard drives
  • Meet set targets for number of client visits within London and regional trips where required
  • Use our CRM database to record account activity and follow up on all meetings/calls
  • Advise clients on MCPS licensing
  • Become familiar with the existing Extreme Music catalogue and keep up to date with all new releases
  • Music supervision; respond to client music briefs and create bespoke playlists in a timely manner via Live Chat, emails and in-bound phone calls
  • Analyse user data and industry press to identify opportunities to increase sales and focus marketing activity more effectively
  • Participate in the planning, coordinating and execution of client events
  • Provide feedback to A&R team on the Extreme Music catalog and suggest ideas for the development of new releases based on production trends and client requests
  • Attend client and industry events as required (including some evenings)

Person Specification

Essential

  • Previous experience of working in music synchronisation (minimum of 2 years’ experience) with our client base of major Broadcasters, Advertising agencies and TV Production Companies.
  • A keen interest in Production Music and Film & TV licensing
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of musical genres
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A willingness to travel across the UK visiting clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, confident, organised self-starter and enthusiastic team player
  • Further education in music/media related course or relevant experience in music synchronisation, licensing or broadcast media

Desirable

  • Knowledge of MCPS licensing
