Main Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure strategic marketing, promotion, sales, branding and maximization of revenue for Last Gang and priority Entertainment One client roster in the UK market
- Maintain strong collaborative working relations with eOne/Last Gang International to strategize innovative ideas and implement marketing plans for artist campaigns to be executed in the UK as part of the overall global marketing campaigns
- Manage approved P&L to maximize ROI for UK as part of global artist campaigns
- Oversee UK third-party contracts in relation to publicity, promotion and tour marketing in conjunction with eOne International
- Report regularly on all priority campaigns to eOne International
- General problem solving for all aspects of releases in UK including supply chain, digital, sales, licensing
- Understanding of latest innovations, technology, consumer trends, and ability to manage analytics to identify and plot additional strategies for the UK market to support global marketing strategy and rollout
- Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with key partners to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified, monitored and reported to senior management in regards to the UK market
- Attend and be a great ambassador for Last Gang/eOne for artist shows in market, as well as industry events on behalf of company

- You have an engaging personality and possess a passion for music
- You will be well networked within the UK music industry with strong relationships with key music industry stakeholders
- You have a proven working knowledge and experience with the Creative and Entertainment industries
- You are highly organised, and possess strong project management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- You are able to lead your territory division but work in a collaborative role with senior management team
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of executives, artist management and staff
- You have fantastic relations with label partners, media, brands, agencies, industry partners, artist managers in the UK market and ability to nurture further on behalf of Last Gang/Entertainment One
- You are highly motivated, can work autonomously and are prepared to adapt to ever changing landscape
- You will have the best interests of eOne in all business ventures and deals
