Syco's Tyler Brown on The X Factor's 'new dynamic'
Syco Music MD Tyler Brown believes The X Factor provides “the best talent scouting in the world”.
Brown, who rose through the ranks after joining the company as an A&R assistant in 2008, was promoted to MD late last year.
