Spotify has raised the maximum number of songs that premium users can download offline on their devices.
The latest software update from the streaming services has upped the track limit from 3,333 to 10,000 per device, while users can now use their login across five devices rather than three.
“At Spotify, we’re always working on improving the experience for our users. We can now confirm that we have increased the number of offline tracks per device — from 3,333 on three devices to 10,000 tracks per device for up to five devices,” a Spotify spokesperson told Rolling Stone.
The three device, 3,333 song limit had been a bug bear among some users, who had taken to Spotify’s community pages to voice their dissatisfaction for some years.
