Kobalt has launched what it's calling "the first global, direct, digital mechanical and performing rights society" built upon AMRA (American Music Rights Association), which it acquired last year.
The new society will be based on a global, direct collection structure and technology that the company claims will set "new industry standards for efficiency and transparency for clients in the process".
