Camden's Koko has been forced to temporarily close due to a "structural issue".
Koko was due to have hosted acts such as Peter Hook And The Light, The Coral, Jilted John and Desiigner, but all shows until mid October have either been cancelled or moved to alternative venues.
"We have recently been made aware of a structural issue due to ongoing construction works at KOKO, as a result we have had to temporarily close the venue until mid-October," said a Koko statement.
"Due to this closure the below shows have regrettably been cancelled – as and when these shows get moved to a new venue/date we will announce the information on our social channels and the website. All original tickets will be valid at the new venue or for a refund please go back to your point of purchase.
"We offer sincere and heartfelt apologies to all our clients and customers who have been affected by this closure. Our contractors are working diligently and at all speed to ensure that we are able to welcome back a full programme of events as soon as possible."
