Laura Swanson has joined Warner Bros Records as EVP, media & strategic development. Her appointment is effective January 22.
She will oversee media strategy for Warner Bros’ roster of artists, as well as play a key role in company and executive initiatives.
It marks the first major appointment by WBR co-chairman & COO Tom Corson, who recently started at the label.

Laura Swanson was previously EVP, media & strategic development at Epic Records, a post she had held since 2014. She worked closely with artists such as Travis Scott, Future, DJ Khaled, Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony and Camila Cabello. She previously spent 10 years at Island Def Jam.
