Darrell McLennan Fordyce has been appointed global chief marketing officer of 23 Capital.
The company specialises in funding the sports, music and entertainment sectors and Fordyce’s appointment follows investment in rights firm SRM earlier this year.
Since it was founded in 2014, 23 Capital has deployed and advised on over $3 billion of transactions. It has also opened an office in Barcelona.
With more than 20 years of experience working in sports and media, McLennan Fordyce will be based in London and will be charged with building the 23 Capital brand across Europe, North America and beyond.
