Lady Gaga has announced details of her Joanne world tour.
After starting in America on August 1, it hits Europe on September 22 and the UK on October 9. There are three British dates planned so far, at London’s O2 Arena on October 9, the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham on 15 and Manchester Arena on 17. The run of dates wraps up on December 14 in Salt Lake City. The tour is produced by Live Nation Global Touring.
The announcement comes in the wake of the singer’s spectacular half-time performance at the Super Bowl in Houston, Texas. More than 110 million people tuned in to see the sporting event on American television.
Lady Gaga has sold 30m albums and 150m singles worldwide. Her biggest selling UK album is 2009’s The Fame, which has 2,940,058 sales to date. Released last October, Joanne has so far amassed 90,624.
