Under the terms of the agreement, the company will look after worldwide publishing for Foreign Imported Productions & Publishing and Estefan Music Publishing - the Estefans' publishing companies - as well as works by both Estefans.

Universal will now begin an aggressive marketing campaign for the Esfetans, which will include the company servicing a CD sampler and e-sampler of the Estefans' catalogue, including hits by Ricky Martin, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Thalia, Jon Secada, Paulina Rubio, and Alejandro Fernandez.
