Nettwerk Music Group CEO and co-founder Terry McBride recently published his Meet The Millennials report, which showed that companies need to alter their mindsets to cater for the behaviour of the millennial generation - those born in the early 1980s.
In the MusicTank-commissioned report McBride stresses that millennials demand content to be made available simultaneously across multiple formats . He also suggests this increasingly important demographic are more concerned with convenience and interactivity than ownership.
