Ticketmaster has been cleared of any wrongdoing by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) after receiving complaints over the availability of tickets for a Cure gig.
Fans who tried to buy tickets as soon as they were released for the concert at the Royal Albert Hall on March 28, found there was no availability.
They were then directed towards more expensive tickets from an online ticket marketplace owned by Ticketmaster.
