Record industry organisation the RIAA has sent a letter to domain name oversight body ICANN calling for tougher measures against pirate domains.

The letter, which follows similar please from the film industry, was issued on behalf of several music industry groups which have accused domain registrars of not doing enough to combat piracy, reports TorrentFreak.
