Sony Music has removed the music of several of its artists from SoundCloud, including Adele (who is signed to the label in the US), Hozier, Kelly Clarkson, Passion Pit, MS MR and Leon Bridges.

The move reportedly comes as negotiations between the major label and the streaming platform break down over a lack of monetisation opportunities on the latter.
