The YouTube-focused record label, TV and film development group and artist management company launched by Russell Simmons last year, All Def Digital, has received a $5 million investment to fund its growth.
Launched in August last year, the company is a collaboration between Simmons’ Rush Digital Media and Dreamworks Animation subsidiary Awesomeness TV.
The recent funding comes from venture capital firm Greycroft Partners, along with Advancit Capital, Nu Horizons Investments and e.ventures.
