Independent music company Reservoir has acquired the publishing catalogue of classic American Southern rock band Molly Hatchet. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The repertoire acquired by Reservoir includes the group's 35-year-old hit single Flirtin’ With Disaster, as well as the band's 1978’s Platinum-certified debut Molly Hatchet, 1979’s double-Platinum Flirtin’ With Disaster, and the Platinum-certified 1980 release Beatin’ The Odds, all recognisable by their Frank Frazetta-designed covers. The band's early records until 1985 were released by Epic.
