A new internship scheme, in conjunction with Creative Access and BPI, is set to offer six aspiring music executives from ethnic minority backgrounds paid 12-month placements in the music industry.
The placements will be funded by the BRIT Trust - the charitable arm of the BPI. Music Week understands that each successful candidate will be given a starting wage fo around £15k a year.
