Rara has signed a deal that will see the music streaming service’s Windows 8 music app pre-loaded on millions of Toshiba PCs and tablets across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

Also announced is a raft of upgrades including the introduction of Dolby Pulse 320kbps high quality audio streaming, an expanded music catalogue of 22 million tracks and a licensing deal with independent label CD Baby.
