In the artist categories, Blur lead the field with four nominations including two mentions in the best headline performance category for their slots at Glastonbury and T in the Park.

Blur are also up for anthem of the summer for Tender, where they go up against the likes of Florence + the Machines and Lady GaGa.

The awards will also include the Music Week & Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy Lifetime Achievement award.
