The age ratings pilot scheme for online music videos will begin from this Friday (October 3).
The scheme will be split into two phases, with the first phase testing out the rating process.
If a label taking part in the pilot thinks that a music video it plans to release online in the UK would be given at least a 12 rating, it will submit the video to the BBFC for an official rating.
