Mike Weatherley MP, the Prime Minister’s advisor on intellectual property (IP), has released a report focusing on copyright education and awareness.
The paper commends rights-holders’ efforts to educate the public but recommends greater measures and co-ordination between the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), CREATe, the Department for Education, the BBC, Innovate UK and the wider creative industries.
