One Direction's Midnight Memories will become the first artist album this year to sell 100,000 copies for two consecutive weeks.
The Syco album, which achieved the highest weekly sales of 2013 for an artist release last week after shifting 237,338 copies, has in this current week already sold another 87,692 units, according to the Official Charts Company. It still has Friday and Saturday to add to this tally.
