Mama Group Plc has entered into a conditional agreement to buy the business assets of London's Kentish Town Forum.

Mama has offered a basic purchase consideration of £1m to the venue's current owner, Mean Fiddler Holdings Ltd.

The purchase consideration will be formally decided based on completion accounts.
